Lifeguard (Part-Time) 

Doylestown Country Club is interviewing Lifeguards for the summer season! Positions are from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. This is a perfect opportunity for high school and college students to make extra money during the summer. Our hourly rate is competitive and based on experience. Requirements for this position include having a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mentality!
The lifeguard position ensures the safety of pool visitors and assists with aquatic programs and pool operation.:

-- Must possess a valid American Red Cross Lifeguarding Certificate and American Red Cross First Aid certificate prior to employment

Cabana Server (Part-Time) 

Doylestown Country Club is looking for friendly, reliable, motivated people for the summer season, Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. As demands can range from low key, quiet afternoons to incredibly busy evenings in our Cabana, it is essential that candidates provide consistent, first-rate lunch and dinner service. Training is continuous and knowledge of our seasonal menu items, service standards, and attention to detail is expected. 
Servers are responsible for greeting members and displaying a friendly demeanor while operating in our Cabana setting. This position requires flexibility, a great attitude and a genuine interest in meeting and exceeding the expectations of our members and their guests. 
These positions are classified as Part-Time. Due to the nature of our business, Weekend, Evening, and Holiday availability is a must.

Dishwasher/Utility Worker 

Are you an energetic, reliable Dishwasher/Utility Worker interested in an upscale hospitality environment? This position loads and unloads dishwashing machines, washes specific items by hand, stores clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately and sets up workstations before meal prep begins. Weekend and holiday availability is a MUST.

Skills:

  • Work experience as a dishwasher or on wait staff

  • Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines

  • Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed.

Line Cook - Summer Cabana 

If you are motivated to grow and learn, eager to deliver a great member experience, and longing to work in a healthy, professional environment, consider joining us!

Skills:

  • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Answer, report, and follow the Executive Chef’s instructions
  • Stock inventory appropriately
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting
  • Strong knowledge of food handling and safety protocol
  • Culinary experience with proficiency in knife skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in menu planning and meal preparation is a plus

With our brand-new state of the art kitchen, DCC is one of the best training grounds for young, hungry cooks! Training is continuous, and knowledge of our seasonal menu items and attention to detail is expected.
